Credit card style lifetime licenses are not sent out until the lifetime license holder is at least 16 years old and has a valid address on file.

Your credit card lifetime license will only show the lifetime licenses you hold that you also have the required education noted in your profile.

Ex: A 16+ year old customer who holds a Lifetime License (aka Lifetime Sportsman) and a Lifetime Bow privilege, but only has hunter education in their profile (no bow hunter education) will receive a credit card style lifetime license listing Freshwater Fishing, Hunting and Turkey.

A 16+ year old customer who holds a Lifetime License (aka Lifetime Sportsman) but has no education on file will receive a credit card style lifetime license that only shows freshwater fishing.
