  Instructions

1. Step 1: Go to https://decals.licensing.east.kalkomey.com or www.nysdeclicensing.com
   
   
2. Step 2: If you have an account you will want to choose the login option at the top right-hand corner. If you do not have an account you will want to choose the "Sign-up" option.
   
   
3. Step 3: Once you are in your account the "Buy licenses" section will be at the top left corner.
   
   
4. Step 4: In that section, you will be shown the products available for purchase based on factors such as age and residency, as well as if you have a current license that has not yet expired.
   
   
5. Step 5: To add a product to your cart you must simply click on the "+" beside the product you wish to purchase. This will add the item to your cart which should be the icon you see at the top right corner of your screen.
   
   
6. Step 6: Once selected every product you wish to purchase, the cart has a checkout option to choose to move on to the next step.
   
   
7. Step 7: Once you are on step 2 of the purchase workflow. You will be asked if you want to donate to the conservation fund or make a venison donation. If you do not want to donate, you want to make sure to click " Not Today" on donation blocks, or else you will not be able to continue on to the next steps
   
   
8. Step 8: You will then be brought to the shipping address section where you will confirm where you want your product to be shipped if it is not a fishing license, trapping, or habitat stamp as they do not get mailed.
   
   
9. Step 9: Once you get passed the shipping information, the last step of checkout is to enter your credit card information. Make sure at the bottom you check the box that notes "I agree to the terms and conditions". You can then hit place order
   
   
10. Step 10: You will be redirected to the order confirmation page where you'll be able to access your receipt.

If you have more than one account under the information you provided (duplicate profiles), you may get an error message and will be prompted to call in to have the profiles merges together. If the system recognizes that you already have an account with a login, you will be redirected to the login page.
