Please note, that the only way to prove NYS residency when purchasing a license/tag online or over the phone is by having an NYS Driver’s License, Parent's NYS Driver’s License (17 and under), or NYS non-Driver’s License on your profile. 

If you wish the purchase an NYS resident license, all other proof will only be accepted at an in-person vendor.
