You can purchase your Recreational Marine registry using the following methods :

If you're an existing DECALS licensing customer you can call our automated sales line at 518-363-6848. (Only the Marine Registry can be ordered through this line).
You can visit a license issuing locations, they can be found at https://decals.licensing.east.kalkomey.com/vendor_location_search.
You can purchase it online by following the steps below.

Step 1: Go to https://decals.licensing.east.kalkomey.com or www.nysdeclicensing.com
Step 2: If you already have an account, choose the login option at the top right-hand corner. If you do not have an account choose the "Sign-up" option. For assistance on the registration process visit our article "How to signup".
Step 3:Once you are in your account the "Buy licenses" section will be at the top left corner. If you're on a mobile device there will be a menu at the top left corner you can click on to see the option.
Step 4: In that section, you will be shown the products available for purchase, based on age and residency.
Step 5:To add the marine registry/saltwater license to your cart, simply click on the "+" beside the product you wish to purchase. This will add the item to your cart.
Step 6: When you have selected every product you wish to purchase, click on the checkout button in the shopping cart.
Step 7:Once you are on step 2 of the purchase workflow. You will be asked if you want to donate to the conservation fund or make a venison donation. If you do not wish to donate, click " Not Today" on the donation blocks to proceed.
Step 8:You will be redirected to the order confirmation page where you'll be able to access your receipt and print your fishing license, marine registry, trapping license, or habitat stamp.
